Completely refurbished and upgraded from tires, engine, interior and appliances in 2016. Driven only 3,500 miles since. Drives like a car (big car) and gets about 21 miles a gallon on regular gasoline. Interior was upgraded at the time of the refurbish and the exterior was repainted. I chose not to have the decals replaced so it only has the pin stripping without advertising that it is a Rialta. Has wood flooring not carpet so it so easy to clean. Tires were new and only have the 3,500 miles on them. Has enough power for Mountain Driving yet can easily make a U-turn on a 4 lane road.
If your not familiar with a Rialta, they have a VW engine system with a Winnebago body. Makes quite a splash in RV parks every time I used it. Easy to hook up and care for. I never had any issues with all the hook ups and dumps. The shower was never used. Very comfortable for 2 to 4 people with options to sleep more. Has a full kitchen and large refrigerator and freezer. I hate to sell it however, it is time.
Has a full attached retractable awning (shown in pictures), solar power panel, a custom cover and more all never used but available and included in the pricing.
